Very prompt, courteous service. Roger explained what he was doing as he cleaned the main drain and how tree roots had caused a blockage. The utility room was very clean when he left. I thought the fee charged was quite reasonable.
Great services ! I call in the morning, Roger came in the afternoon. He was very helpful: he found the problem right away, explained to me very clearly (I don't know anything about drain) and fixed the problem immediatly. He gave me recommendations for the future in order to avoid problems. He clearly knows his business and he was very cordial and professional.
